In that spirit, IPH is proud to announce that Kim Mulvahill, our hospital administrator, recently became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). Less than five people in all of Idaho have this certification, which should give you an idea of the mix of passion, skill, and knowledge that Kim brings to our practice.
The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) started the CVPM program in 1989. To qualify for the certification, an individual must do the following:
A CVPM certification singles you out as an expert in the field of veterinary practice management. It gives you chances to engage with industry leaders and to access an extensive knowledge base.
Kim has worked in veterinary care for more than 20 years. She’s a certified veterinary technician and has been the hospital administrator here at IPH since 2010. With 67 seven people at two locations, she certainly has her hands full every day.
