Internal Medicine for Pets

Internal Medicine for Pets

Our doctors are trained and skilled in managing internal medicine cases. Internal Medicine is defined as preventing, diagnosing, and treating a plethora of diseases that affect multiple body systems. A proper diagnosis is the key to successfully treating a disease process.  At Intermountain Pet Hospital, we rely on many non-invasive tests, including bloodwork, urinalysis, PCR DNA testing, digital radiographs, ultrasound, rhinoscopy, and endoscopy to help get to a diagnosis. Designing a treatment plan is the next step.
