Dr. Zerina Mehic was born in Bosnia and moved to America when she was just 2 years old. After being a permanent resident for 10 years in Twin Falls, Idaho, Dr. Mehic became a full-fledged American citizen.
After high school, Dr. Mehic moved across the country to attend the University of Kentucky to become a proud Wildcat. Kind of fitting for a future veterinarian. She then attended Washington State University Veterinary School and after graduating, is really happy to be back in Idaho.
Dr. Mehic states “After a long time away, I’m so happy to be back in Idaho. I love how genuinely friendly the people are and I love that there’s so much access to outdoor recreation so close to the city. I also enjoy being close to family in Twin Falls. (I) Look forward to building strong relationships with my clients and within my community in Boise.”
When Dr. Mehic isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband, Joel, and their three pets. Amelia and Lucy are the beloved feline babies and Kinley is their fun-loving pooch. They love exploring everything southern Idaho has to offer together!
