Find me on:

We are proud to share some exciting news about our pet pharmacy. It is our priority that patients live long, happy, and healthy lives. It is also important that our clients are happy and healthy.

Part of having a long and happy life is having the right medication. One thing that we've done recently to make medication more affordable through our pharmacy is we have joined with a number of other veterinary businesses and formed a buying group that is able to purchase medications in large quantities. This now allows us to buy pet medications cheaper and pass on that savings to you. It allows us to compete more with large pharmacies, online pharmacies, and the big box stores. Our prices are now the same and sometimes even better than other large pharmacies. We are really excited to pass those savings on to you.

The question you might be asking is, "why are we doing this" or "why do we care about keeping prices affordable." The number one reason is that we want peace of mind that you are receiving a good, safe medication, and we're sure you want peace of mind that you are receiving a good and safe medication.

Getting the Best Medications

The medications that we get at Intermountain Pet Hospital come straight from the manufacturer or from our supplier, so we trust them. These suppliers and manufacturers back their medications up, so if there's a problem, they will work with you to resolve it. That's the number one priority, you can have peace of mind, and we can have peace of mind.

Convenience

The number two priority is convenience. If we have it here, you can just come to pick your pet medications up at either one of our locations. You're not going to have to wait two or three days for an online pharmacy to deliver it or wait in line at another pharmacy. You can call in the refill; we'll get it ready so you can get in and out quickly.

Affordability

The third reason why we're doing this is for pricing. We want to make sure that you can get medication at an affordable price. It's super exciting that we can pass that on to you.

Keeping it Local

The last reason is to keep the business local. We are a family-owned, local hospital, and it's important for us to keep the small profit we have here and invest it back into our staff and our community. We can provide additional training for veterinarians and our team, and we donate to the community. We support local non-profits such as:

  • The Meridian Food Bank
  • Meridian Canine Rescue
  • Equipment for the Meridian Storey
  • The Helping Hands fund. This group helps people in financial situations and can't currently afford veterinary care for their pets.

We love giving back and supporting our community hen you purchase your medication locally; it allows us to do that.

We know you have a lot of options for purchasing medication for your pet. We ask you to consider us. Give yourself some peace of mind and some convenience so that you're making sure you're getting the right product for your pet and supporting your local community.
